Where you've been doesn’t have to be where you end up. As individuals, we can carry the weight of our past experiences with us wherever we go. Whether it’s the relationships we had in childhood with our families, the connections we have with our culture and community, or the painful moments that leave scars, we are often shaped by what we go through. When things have been hard, especially for a long time, it’s easy to feel stuck and to imagine that your life will always be this way.

While I work with many different people, I often see clients from marginalized, immigrant, and newcomer communities or who self-identify as BIPOC or 2SLGBTQ+. Many of my clients are struggling with some aspect of their cultural or personal identity, grappling with experiences of racism or discrimination, or recovering from some form of trauma or abuse.

My therapeutic style is engaging and active; we’ll work together to develop a deeper understanding of what’s going on and identify the tools you’ll need to move towards your personal goals. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way - wherever your journey may take you.
