I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds who are wanting to enhance their wellbeing by reflecting on and processing their past and present struggles. I implement a person-centered approach, holding each client as the expert of their own lives and experiences, ultimately supporting them while they discover, establish, and maintain resources for healing. We explore how your life experiences have shaped, and continue to influence, who you are today. I hope to help clients evolve, heal, and build meaningful lives.
I aim to customize therapy for each client, as I believe that each client brings with them unique experiences that require exploration to determine the best treatment approach and plan. My areas of expertise include ADHD, life changes and/or transitions, cultural challenges and impact, relationship issues, caregiver support, anger, anxiety, and depression.
