Have you been withdrawing from others, feeling isolated, and a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed? I work mainly with those who are in unhealthy or toxic romantic, familial or workplace relationships and teens from stressful home or school environment. Whether you feeling guilty for saying no, feel like you are the problem, or need help clarifying a few things, I can help.

I focus on trauma therapy, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and more for individuals and teens. My sessions with you will be a mix structure and flexibility so we work towards a goal but also help you explore and gain new insights. I use a mix of somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, and ACT to help support you.

I want to support you not just in improving your well-being, but in achieving a sense of lasting positivity and personal growth. My long term goal is to help you build your inner strengths to help you to face any difficult situations, and eventually move toward your full potential.
