I work with you to get to the root of the concern rather than just giving you "band-aid" solutions, so that the issues are less likely to come up in the future. I use research-based techniques. I help rewrite and heal trauma narratives so you can move forward through EMDR therapy. I offer tools to manage stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

I've experienced hardships in my life, which lead me to become a counsellor because I know what pain, shame, and anxiety feel like.
