1. DBT 2. Healing from Trauma
DBT is a gold star therapy that incorporates mindfulness, distress tolerance skills, emotion regulation skills and interpersonal effectiveness skills. DBT has been very successful in helping with personality disorders, trauma, and many other mental health issues. We also have an additional group, "Healing from Trauma." Many people complete both, but you can just do one.
