I primarily work with adult individuals and couples in the areas of sex, sexuality, intimacy, gender, and relationships. That includes but is not limited to topics such as: couples counselling, identity exploration, desire discrepancy, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, pain during sex, orgasm problems, BDSM and kink, polyamoury and nonmonogamy, infidelity and affairs, sex after trauma, cancer, disability, and the sexual impact of various life transitions. I am a safe provider for Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Intersex, Asexual, and other folx within the gender and sexual minority umbrella.
At the heart of my practice, I am person-centred, non-judgmental, warm, and authentic. I value ethical curiosity, sex-positivity, and a thorough, holistic assessment. Therapy with me is collaborative, focusing on your goals, your feedback, and using a diversity of evidence-based methods to treat the problems you want to address.
