I’ve come to believe that there is no single “right” way to be a person, to love, or to move through the world. Much of my work—and my own life—has been about creating space to question old expectations and discover what authenticity truly looks like. Our identities, relationships, and lived experiences shape the way we move through the world. My passion is about creating a space where clients can feel safe to show up fully as themselves while navigating growth, healing, and self-discovery. I work with individuals of all ages, supporting queer individuals, youth (12+), and those navigating eating disorders

Do you struggle with depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, body image struggles, eating disorders, sexual trauma, PTSD, drug and alcohol misuse, or sexuality and identity challenges?
