I offer non-judgmental listening, coping skills for sitting with difficult thoughts and emotions, a place to practice setting boundaries that protect your time and energy, collaboration to identify unmet needs, guidance on how to heal from past wounds, a new perspective on your situation, and a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Through our conversations, you will learn to feel more grounded in your body, better able to notice and detach from thoughts, more open and compassionate with emotions that visit, emboldened to take actions that align with your values, and empowered to show up authentically in relationships.
