I am a Registered Psychologist who has worked 8 years in the field of mental health within various roles. I am passionate about working with youth and adults who have experienced grief/loss, intergenerational trauma, sexual violence, domestic violence, addiction and mental health concerns including, PTSD, anxiety, dissociation and attachment related presentations. I believe as a client you have your own narratives, strengths, and resources, to heal in your own way, and at your own pace. My goal is to support you while also teaching you new approaches that will help you learn to heal psychologically, physically and spiritually.
As a certified Level 2 Sensorimotor therapist, I have gained specific skills and a solid framework in understanding developmental, relational and traumatic based experiences which has been foundational in my work with clients. This framework includes a variety of techniques that acknowledges the mind, body, and spiritual components of a person's experience.
I am currently offering free virtual session to folks who reside in Alberta who are eligible for NIHB through Bear Roots Psychology. I am now taking on in person clients in Collingwood Ontario. I would be more than happy to connect with you for a free consultation to see if we may be a fit! Please reach out via email or phone.
