I work both with individuals and couples, helping them to move out of their emotional or relational challenges. During our sessions we will explore how your emotions, thoughts and behaviours can affect your daily experience and influence your interpersonal dynamics. I will accompany you in finding ways to access greater peace and satisfying relationships. My approach is humanist, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural. I am certified in RLT and trained in IFS.
