I use relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy to help you understand how past and present relationships shape the way you feel, cope, and connect. Drawing from IFS, EFT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, we work on emotional regulation, communication, recurring patterns, and meaningful change.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
