I am a licensed counsellor trained in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches. I am available to meet online with adults across the province of Québec. In our work together we develop an in-depth understanding of you: uncovering underlying motivations, needs, conflicts, patterns and obstacles.
As much as we may want something or to be some way, we can find it difficult to arrive. Our work, then, is to examine ourselves in our beautiful complexity, to seek to truly understand and to fully experience ourselves, to become alive to our experience. In this way we come to allow ourselves to move forward and to discover new ways of being and relating.
Per my commitment to my ongoing professional development, I am undergoing advanced training at the Toronto Psychoanalytic Society & Institute. My approach to the work of counselling is long term, collaborative and in-depth. We would meet regularly, typically once a week.
