Our healing begins with an insight into our experiences and the meanings we have attributed to them. I will work with you through a trauma-informed lens to explore the meanings contributing to your mind, body, and spiritual well-being. Together we can regain agency over your narratives and cultivate the wisdom to navigate future embodied experiences. I believe that therapy is a relational process. I aim to help my clients with personal and social growth by nurturing a safe space. I will focus on working with what is present in the “here and now” while honouring the stories that shape how we think and feel. We heal in community.
My mission is to create a nurturing and safe space where you can freely unpack your narratives and share your stories. My specialization lies in working with BIPOC, neurodivergent, and queer individuals. I provide eclectic therapy, drawing inspiration from a variety of of theories, all centered around the unique needs and experiences of each client.
