Mainstream Therapy is a group mental health counseling collective in Barrie, Ontario. Our goal is to destigmatize the counseling, healing, and therapy process by empowering your journey to self-discovery and evolution. We empower you with our holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit that equips you with the tools necessary to heal yourself, break free from challenges and create who you want to become.
We have several diverse and experienced clinicians available to support the needs of each person. We offer treatment in a variety of modalities. Our approach is a client-led but guided approach to support you in selecting and working towards your goals.
Our intake coordinator is available to book your free 15-minute consultation with the clinician of your choice. If you are unsure of whom to ask for, she will help match you with the clinician that is most suitable to your needs.
