Have you recently had a baby and are struggling to navigate the transition to parenthood? Or do you have some concerns about your child and would like to understand their unique strengths and learning needs? I'm a parent too, and understand the importance of helping clients navigate the perinatal period/parenting years. I help adult clients improve their mood, reduce anxiety, increase their confidence in dealing with parenting challenges, enhancing family functioning, and at times, understand their own neurodivergence. I also offer formal assessments for children/youth to help understand their needs and how best to support them.
I work from a variety of therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I have also received advanced clinical training in perinatal mental health, neurodivergence, child development, parent-child attachment, and formalized assessments.
I would love to chat with you to discover if I can help support you during this significant period of your life. Enhancing overall family functioning through therapy or assessments helps every individual in the family, and I would be honoured to assist with this. Please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consult or to book a session!
