I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Registered Clinical Social Worker (RSW, MSW, Wilfrid Laurier University; Doctoral in Psychology), and a certified EMDR Clinician and Hypnotherapist. I provide bilingual counselling (Farsi-English) to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating childhood trauma, attachment challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and relational conflicts.
For individual and family work, I focus on healing early-life experiences and strengthening attachment, integrating EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and CBT.
For couples, I draw on the Gottman Method and EFT and Gestalt therapy to support communication, understanding, and emotional connection. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and safe space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and nurture healthier relationships and self-awareness. Evening and appointments are available.
I work primarily from a client-centered model, meaning that I choose the modalities of treatment based on clients' style and what can most fit and be effective.I offer appointments on evenings and weekends to fit your busy schedules.
