I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Domestic Violence/Trauma counselling and more.
I use a client-centered, strengths-focused, trauma-informed approach in therapy and my aim is to provide you a safe, non-judgmental space to heal. My passion in therapy is to provide a safe space for people of color to access culturally informed therapy.
