Let's Connect (647) 503-4779
From the time you walk into my office, we will do a complete assessment together, discuss your concerns/needs and plan goals accordingly. I am a client-centered therapist and let my clients lead the session because I believe that a client is the leader of their life and they are allowing me to walk with them on the journey of self-discovery. I check-in with my clients from time to time to know if they are reaching their goals with each session.
I work with clients experiencing difficulty with their moods, work/life stress, body/pain issues, relationship difficulties,child-parent relationship, peer pressure/relationship, attachment issues, childhood/unresolved difficulties, trauma/PTSD, and mental, physical or sexual abuse.
I am open to free 20 mins consultation on phone or in person so that my clients can get an idea if they want to have me as their therapist. I would be very obliged to be a part of your journey in understanding yourself better. If for some reason we do not match, then I would be happy to refer another service/therapist.
