I’m Laken Cronk, an RN Psychotherapist offering therapy for adults experiencing anxiety disorders, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, stress, and peripartum mental health concerns. As an RN Psychotherapist, I integrate medical knowledge with therapeutic care, allowing us to explore how mental health connects with the nervous system, sleep, hormones, and stress responses—without pathologizing or overlooking physical contributors. Therapy is about gaining skills and understanding to help you feel like yourself again, and better able to cope with life's stressors.
