I'm a queer, femme therapist. I work with with adult individuals of all genders to heal anxiety and relationship issues, explore 2SLGBTQ+ identity, navigate ethical non-monogamy, and cultivate self-worth. The people I work with tend to be caring, thoughtful and love to show up for others, but may struggle to identify their own wants and needs. They often don't know how to name their own feelings or express them to others, and can find setting boundaries daunting. They come to therapy looking for a space where they can be supported without feeling judged, and where they can find more clarity, self-compassion, and authenticity.

They may be questioning their gender or sexuality, considering a new relationship structure, or facing complex family dynamics or relationship anxiety. They may be navigating a life transition, fertility, parenting, grief, disability/COVID, or want a therapist who "gets it" in some way. They often feel ready to do some specific work using IFS or EMDR.

I strive to be an anti-racist, sex positive, fat positive and neuro-affirming therapist. I work collaboratively with my clients in support of deep healing and change. Though we address symptoms, we go beyond them. Clients have shared that I'm compassionate but also challenge them, and that our work has helped them feel more present, confident, and joyful.
