About
We all experience challenges in life and reaching out for support can be very difficult and overwhelming for most people. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients so they feel welcome, supported, and validated. We will work collaboratively to set individualized therapeutic goals that best meet your current priorities and needs. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, including children (5+), teens, and adults.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and and Naturopath (ND). I have worked with clients who present with a wide variety of mental health concerns and diagnosis. I have extensive experience with child development, behaviour challenges, and parenting support. I also have special interests and training in anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and trauma.
Please feel free to call, text, or e-mail if you have any questions or if you would like a free consult to see if we would work well together. I look forward to hearing your story and working with you on your journey towards meaningful change and wellness.
