My work is relational, integrative, and grounded in compassion, creativity, and curiosity. I weave together therapeutic frameworks such as ACT, narrative exploration, parts work, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and eco-therapy with trauma-informed and intersectional care and relational practices to guide you toward wholeness and belonging.

As we move into new seasons of our lives, we also grieve our losses, acquaint ourselves with our emerging self, & celebrate how far we have come.
