I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to support you to make positive changes, enhance your wellbeing, and feel resilient and empowered. I work with older adolescents and adults coping with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, psychosis (including voice hearing), obsessive-compulsive disorder, attentional and focus challenges (including ADHD), attachment challenges, chronic health issues, grief, loss, adjustment to major life transitions, daily stressors and relationship issues.
Drawing from my years of training and experience with Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches, I can support you to recognize patterns of coping. I can also assist you with skill development in areas such as catching and challenging unhelpful thoughts, problem-solving and communication.
I look forward to meeting with you and creating a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, needs, and strengths as we work together to help you live the life you want to live.
