Hello! I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor located in Vancouver, BC. My approach centres collaboration, empathy, and authenticity. I aim to bring gentleness and curiosity to our work together, and encourage you to pay attention to your body and your emotions both during and outside of session. I work with a diverse range of people, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, burnout, eating disorders and disordered eating.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on various theories and approaches including narrative therapy, intersectional feminist theory, creative arts, parts work, and somatic therapy. My intention is to help you move at the right pace for your system and learn to trust yourself.
