Welcome! I work with teens (13+), adults, and couples with emotion regulation, life transitions, stress management, and coping with trauma. As your therapist, I want you to feel comfortable coming to sessions as you are. Every part of you is welcome here, even the parts that are in pain, the parts that are sad, and the parts you haven’t spoken to in a while. This space is yours to come as your authentic self, while we work towards the changes you want to see in your life.
In the last decade of my studies, I've come to understand that we're all just looking for answers. My goal is to give you with a safe space to explore and take risks, as we face these questions together. I welcome you to move at a comfortable pace as we grow more attune to your body’s needs and discover the explanations and solutions you're seeking.
I know it can be intimidating to speak with a therapist. Believe it or not, you've already taken the first step. I invite you to take the next by giving me a call or shooting me a quick email. Don't worry; I won't leave you hanging. I’m looking forward to hearing more about your healing journey, and how I can support you.
