Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating parenting challenges, relationship changes, anxiety, stress, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t have to carry it all on your own. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, we’ll work together to better understand what’s getting in the way, build practical coping tools, and reconnect with your strengths so you can move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and balance.
I provide supportive counselling for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, parenting challenges, and relationship concerns. Together, we’ll build practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. I also offer parent coaching and complete SAFE home assessments.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. I offer a welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, confidence, and resilience as you navigate life’s challenges.
