Groups
CBT Group for Kids Fall 2025
CBT Group for Kids (ages 8-12) that runs twice a year (fall and spring). This group teaches kids concrete skills to help them cope with their emotions, identify and challenge negative self-talk, increase self-esteem/confidence, and learn healthy coping behaviours. This group is psychoeducational for the first half of the group but then transitions into fun activities and games to put skills into practice for the last half of the group session. Sessions are 1.5 hours and run once a week for 6 or 7 weeks depending on the time of the year. Reach out to my email for more details.
