I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, addiction, chronic pain, and relationship challenges. My clients describe me as “real” — I don’t offer formulaic treatments, but a warm, empathetic, and personalized approach to the difficult challenges you may be facing, whether it’s relationship struggles, past trauma, anxiety or depression, or chronic pain. My aim is to help you love and accept yourself, find inner guidance, and recognize that there is nothing inherently “wrong” with you — you can learn to manage whatever you’re going through.
I began my journey as a therapist almost 20 years ago now, and I have worked in addiction rehabs and chronic pain clinics, as well as trauma centers and OCD clinics. I take a creative, flexible approach, using EMDR, hypnotherapy, CBT, IFS, and more. I work with adults and couples of all backgrounds, offering an inclusive, supportive space.
