Some days you may feel like life has become too heavy - it’s anxiety that keeps circling in your mind, the weight of past trauma, or adjusting to new health challenges. You may be doing your best to stay strong, but inside, it can feel exhausting and lonely.
My own journey with Islam also influences my approach. After being diagnosed with health conditions, I turned to faith to find a renewed sense of purpose, healing, and balance. Learning to accept Allah’s decree and finding contentment in it became part of my personal path of healing - and this helps me walk alongside clients with greater empathy and care.
Therapy offers a space to lay down burdens and explore new ways forward. Together, we work step by step toward balance—sometimes with practical tools, other times through creative reflection. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, at peace, and confident in facing life’s challenges with clarity.
I strive to create a safe environment where your cultural and spiritual values are honored and where Islamic teachings can be gently woven into therapy if that feels important to you.
