Do you experience feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or low self-confidence? Are you struggling with (or exploring) self-identity, goals, or searching for meaning and purpose in your life? Or, perhaps you are experiencing difficult relationship dynamics and patterns that are hard to break out of. The clients I support are often seeking to: connect more meaningfully with themselves and others, improve self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-concept, cope more effectively with difficult emotions, and find a sense of meaning in their lives.
I strive to meet folks as they are through a trauma-informed, curious & open, non-judgmental lens - transparent & collaborative dialogue is key! I view the client as the expert in their life. My approach is grounded in feminist therapy, self-compassion, and mindfulness, often complemented by a number of other modalities to best meet individual client needs.
I aim to create a welcoming virtual therapy space in my client-centred approach. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be a safe place for exploration, meaning-making, and discovery. Connect for an individual session from anywhere- all you'll need is a reliable phone or internet connection. Contact me via email to book a free phone consult!
