Welcome here! I am a Therapist, Registered Social Worker (RSW-MCSW), and sex educator. I'm a white, queer, cis settler living on Treaty 1 Land, offering holistic therapy to adults in Manitoba (in-person & virtual) and Ontario (virtually only). I'm currently accepting clients seeking a warm, collaborative environment where we can work together to help you process life events/transitions, feelings, beliefs, self-esteem, relationships, and trauma. I'd be honoured to support you in the crucial, life-affirming work of coming home to yourself.
While I offer general therapy as indicated above, I also specialize in sexuality-focused therapy, including: healing from purity culture, sexual trauma, sexual, reproductive, and gender-affirming health education & support, kinky sex/BDSM, queer sex, pleasure activism, and harm reduction. My approach to therapy is feminist and trauma-informed.
I approach my work holistically, taking into account your unique experience of the world, and the impacts of political economy, social discourse, & systems of oppression.
