My style is collaborative, gentle, and attuned to your unique needs. Using a body-oriented approach, I help you reconnect with yourself and others, fostering clarity and emotional ease.

I will tailor my approach using evidence-based practices to ensure you feel safe and empowered. I also offer walk-and-talk and outdoor therapy sessions to promote healing through movement and nature.
