Accepting new clients experiencing postpartum depression, perinatal mood disorders, perinatal loss, and infertility. I am a licensed Psychologist currently working with adolescents (16+) and adults. I offer specialized treatment in postpartum depression and perinatal mood disorders. I also work with clients experiencing a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, issues related to gender and sexuality, school/workplace stress and burnout, self-esteem and assertiveness, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, and immigrant and refugee mental health.
In my practice I use an integrative approach to therapy in order to best suit the specific needs of the individual, drawing from therapeutic models such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapies, and solution-focused approaches.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in facilitating meaningful and lasting change. I make every effort to provide clients with a safe and comfortable space in which they can explore and work through the unique issues they bring to therapy.
