Hello and welcome! My name is Madeleine, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I work closely with people on their unique goals, including: building self esteem, working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career transitions and limiting behaviours. I can help tailor an impactful and non judgemental space for you to explore, express, and relate.
I am trained in the Gottman Method for couple's therapy (level 3), and have some training in IFS (Internal Family Systems)
Beyond the basics of talk-therapy, sessions may include: mindfulness, inner child work, or exploring your mind-body connection. My role is to help illuminate what limiting beliefs might be holding you back. I can offer you a supportive, confidential and encouraging 'cheerleader', as we touch on life's impacts, and cover new ground.
I can offer a warm, energetic and compassionate ear, and believe in collaboration. I aim to meet you where you are. Services are covered by most extended health care plans.
