My experience, education and trauma informed approach to my practice allows me to effectively navigate through the initial stages of crisis. As a registered social worker, I provide integrated support and client tailored intervention to children (9+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have provided psychotherapy services to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, ED's, PTSD, self-esteem and physical disability as a result of a motor vehicle accident. As well, I have years of experience providing psychosocial assessment and supportive counselling to youth through child focused mentorship services.
I apply a variety of methods in my work including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Gottman Method for Couples and Motivational Interviewing.
