You're trying to rediscover who you are, or perhaps discovering yourself for the first time. Maybe you've recently experienced a significant life change: the loss of a loved one, the challenges of postpartum, the end of a relationship or a career shift. Or you might be facing challenges like fear, anxiety, people-pleasing, or perfectionism. And in the midst of it all, you’re asking yourself: “What’s next?” “How do I move forward?” “Who am I now?”

Are you thriving? Or just surviving... All those racing thoughts that just won't stop are shitty. What's worked for you before isn't the vibe anymore. You're tired, can't focus on what matters to you, and know you need a change,
You've had enough! It's time to unwind your anxiety and reclaim your calm

Are you ready to move beyond talk therapy? I am a registered psychotherapist with 15 years of experience. People often seek my support when ready to explore trauma symptoms through using various somatic methods that allow deeper understanding and lasting transformations. Many of my clients are dealing Complex PTSD. Others come to me while navigating aspects of their identity, such as gender, sexuality, or neurodivergence, and are looking for an anti-oppressive space to explore these identities, feel seen, and be supported. I also work with caregivers finding themselves stuck or triggered while parenting.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly “in your head,” even when things look fine on the outside. Maybe school, family expectations, or relationships feel heavy, or you notice yourself overthinking, striving for perfection, or being hard on yourself. You may feel stuck between who you are and who you think you should be, unsure how to slow down, set boundaries, or trust yourself. Deep down, you want relief, clarity, and a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and finally exhale - without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.

Think about what brought you here. Do you have relationship issues? Do you feel dissatisfied, lonely or lost? Maybe you feel angry or taken advantage of. Do you want someone to listen and understand you? Perhaps I can be that person for you.

So much emotional pain arises in the context of relationships and social positioning. Anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, career stress, and life transitions often boil down to a sense of disconnection or fear of rejection. That’s why I believe it’s within safe, trusting relationships—like the one we build in therapy—that meaningful, transformative healing can begin. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story.

Did you do everything you were supposed to do and still feel like something is missing? You spent your whole like following the plan. The degree. The job. The salary. You made your family proud. You're good at what you do but you've been overworking to stay ahead of a feeling you can't quite name. You overthink every decision. You spend the whole day being who everyone needs you to be and by the time you get home, there's nothing left. From the outside you look calm, capable, completely together. I know it's easy to ignore this feeling but you know this is causing you anxiety and seeping into all parts of your life. I can help.

How do you feel about yourself? Are you judging yourself harshly? Do you feel like you are not good enough? Having low self-esteem is not your fault. It just means no one has taken the time to encourage you to develop your sense of self-trust. I specialised in working with adults who have low self-esteem to learn practical ways to increase your perception of self.

Most of my clients are men (20s-40s) who are intelligent, self-reflective and successful, but who still somehow feel that something’s missing, or that they haven’t "grown up" in some key way. They are often experiencing some combination of anxiety, shame, low self-esteem, anger, resentment, or relationship problems. I try to create a non-judgmental space for them to feel seen, heard and understood. It’s important for men to share their struggles, fears and shames with other caring and supportive men. This goes against much of our cultural conditioning but it helps us feel that we’re not alone and that we’re actually okay.

As we grow through life, there are so many stories that are left untold. Sometimes it can feel like there is no safe place to speak truth about our lives and experiences. My goal, as a therapist, is to offer a safe container to allow for your thoughts, feelings and questions to be shared, listened to and worked through. I am committed to supporting you, as we bring what is hidden to light and move towards a more authentic life, based on your needs and values.
I offer emotion and narrative focused talk therapy; integrated nervous-system support through somatic and mindfulness techniques; as well as solution-focused sex therapy.

In my work, I'm committed to honoring my clients with compassion, presence and integrity. My sessions often include parts work (IFS), mindfulness-based approaches, Gestalt, and encouraging the use of awareness as a powerful and curative ally. When we become aware of our patterns and limiting beliefs we can then willingly, courageously choose differently and embrace another way of being. My hope is that I may be of service and provide guidance as this process ushers you to a place of healing and transformation.

Many people reach a point where the ways they have been coping with stress, relationships, or past experiences are no longer working. Patterns that once helped you get through difficult moments may now be creating new problems in your work, relationships, or sense of self. I work with adults and couples across Canada, including many in Toronto, who are navigating interpersonal challenges connected to trauma, infidelity, family-of-origin concerns, substance use, anger, depression, anxiety, or self-esteem struggles. Often a life event or relationship conflict becomes the moment someone decides it is time for deeper support.

We all carry relational wounds throughout our lives, shaped by experiences of neglect, criticism, or unmet emotional needs that leave lasting imprints. Too often, we are expected to process these wounds on our own, as if healing could happen in isolation. But true healing happens through connection, through being seen, heard, and held in a safe and compassionate space. In my practice, I offer exactly that: a supportive environment where you can explore old patterns, give voice to what has been silenced or lost over the years, and begin to care for yourself without fear or shame.
