Accepting new clients! I’m Asia, and I'm a therapist dedicated to helping people heal from trauma and reconnect with their authentic selves. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here to walk alongside you, one step at a time.

As a clinical forensic psychologist, I focus on risk assessment of individuals with sexual offences, who are before the court, or involved with child protection. I provide comprehensive forensic assessments to assist the courts or child protection in making determinations about sentencing or access to children. Sexological risk assessments can also determine the presence of a sexual/paraphilic disorder that may require additional treatment or intervention.

Every person has the capacity to heal and claim their most authentic selves. I work great with clients who are seeking someone down to earth, authentic, and who want to be pushed to grow. This includes my passion for working with LGBTQ+ folks. This work is ideal for folks who want to build a deeper understanding of how they are impacted by their traumas (and we all have them in some way) and the lasting impacts they can leave - including mental health concerns, substance use, and identity-based stress. This work can allow you to know yourself deeply and be more in control of how you want to respond, rather than react, to life.

Are you a highly-sensitive, Type A, overachieving human with a tendency to people please, who has a difficult relationship with your parents, who appears to have it all together but inside is feeling anxious and burned out? You know you need to relax and do some self-care, but nothing seems to help. And you've tried things like self-help books, meditation, going to the gym, talking to friends - but nothing seems to work for long. You have felt this way for a while and are not only ready, but are fully committed to finding the root of your challenges, and making a real sustainable change

You’re a high-performing professional, parent or aspiring parent carrying pressure from every direction: work demands, constant decisions, tight timelines, and the expectation to stay composed at all times. Toronto moves fast, and so do the responsibilities you hold. Even though you appear steady, underneath you feel worn down, mentally overloaded, and tired of pushing through alone. Stress, burnout, and performance pressure are hitting harder, and the balance you once had feels harder to sustain. I work exclusively online, giving you flexible access to support, clarity, and steadiness without disrupting your schedule.

Lately, life may feel heavier than it should. You might look like you are managing on the outside, but on the inside you feel stretched thin, emotionally drained, or constantly “on.” If you have spent a long time holding everything together for others, it can be exhausting to keep carrying it alone. You may be navigating burnout, work stress, fertility or family challenges, or a level of overwhelm that makes it hard to truly rest or switch off.

Accepting New Clients! If you and your partner keep having the same fight, you are not alone. Maybe you get defensive, shut down, or feel like you are walking on eggshells. You might feel more like roommates than partners, or miss the closeness you used to have. Underneath the arguments is often a cycle where one of you reaches and the other protects, and both end up feeling unheard. Couples therapy can help you slow things down, understand what is happening between you, and rebuild connection that feels safe and steady.
