It is my privilege to guide individuals as they unlock new ways of being, thinking, and experiencing themselves in the world. Whether you are dealing with a major life obstacle or healing an old wound, I look forward to working with you with compassion and warmth, and to honouring your personal strengths and needs. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from many different backgrounds.
Some areas that I treat include mood disorders, challenging emotions/behaviors, trauma, & family conflict. I provide psychoeducational and gifted assessments for children as well as various mental health assessments for adults. I'm also a trained art therapist who can think outside of the box for clients who a more hesitant about traditional talk therapy.
I am a registered psychologist who works in a collective of over 70 clinicians. CFIR clinicians provide 26 treatment and 17 assessment services. We offer free consultations and therapy sessions commencing at $70 per session through our Reduced Cost Services Program.
