In my years of practice, my focus has been centred around individuals from different walks of life (i.e race, religion, gender, sexual orientation etc). Particularly, ones who have trauma, secrets, body image issues, low self esteem, fibromyalgia, phobias and/or are anxious, depressed, stressed, destructive, angry, lonely, abused and in or have been in the child welfare system. In regards to my approach, I am genuine and compassionate, but remain equally honest and direct. Rather than bombarding clients with endless questions, I aim to engage them through meaningful methods and effective interventions!

We all get calibrated to belonging in different ways early in our lives, and many of the ways we struggle today began as ways we learned to survive ⋆ ˚ . Environment and circumstance shape a survival self, but who you needed to become to survive is not the heart of who you are. Different parts of you may want different, even contradictory things. Some may want closeness, while some feel compelled to push away. Some may be called to fight, while some shut down. Even though competing demands can feel disorienting, each part pulls in it's own direction for good reason.

I'm a therapist who's young enough to get it, and trained enough to help. I work with young adults across Ontario navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, friendships, career changes, and life transitions. It's the stuff that doesn't always look like a crisis from the outside but feels like one on the inside.
Maybe you're moving to a new city, questioning a career path that looked right on paper, or noticing you keep ending up in the same unfulfilling relationships or friendships. You don't have to figure it out alone, and you don't need a perfect explanation to start.

I support individuals and couples across a wide range of concerns, primarily centring on OCD, complex trauma, dissociation, chronic shame, emotional dysregulation, and long-standing relational patterns. As someone with lived experience navigating trauma, neurodivergence, and OCD, I know how difficult it can be to find care that is affirming, evidence-based, and non-pathologizing—especially for complex, chronic, or treatment-resistant presentations. This is what grounds my passion for working with people whose stories don’t fit neatly into one box, and who may have felt misunderstood or dismissed in past.

You may feel like you need to reconnect with yourself and need a safe space to take care of your emotional health. I know that can be challenging to face your vulnerability while everything is changing in a way you cannot control. Allow me to support you in this transformative process.

You may have learned how to be the steady one, the one who holds things together, even when it costs you. Underneath that competence, there might be grief without a clear name, emotions that feel intense or hard to place, or a sense of living between worlds, cultures, or family roles you were handed rather than chose. You might appear capable and high-functioning, while internally feeling stretched thin, vigilant, or unsure where you truly belong. Many people I work with are self-reliant and composed, even when it comes at a cost they rarely name out loud.

Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of place? As a neurodivergent person you may have tried your best to navigate society’s expectations that do not fully accommodate Autism, ADHD, and OCD. Although you give 100% you still end up feeling like it is not enough, leaving you feeling stressed and burnt out from masking; struggling with uncertainty and anxious compulsions; and not having enough energy for your important relationships. With my struggles with my ADHD and OCD I understand how tough it can be, and believe that when faced with life's difficulties we all have our own strengths and resources to overcome our challenges

There’s a particular kind of loneliness that comes from carrying things you were never given the words to say out loud, feeling caught between worlds, between who your family expects you to be and who you actually are, between the strong version of yourself everyone sees and the tired version no one does. Many of us wonder if we are “bad enough” to deserve support, or if asking for help means letting our family down. If any of that sounds familiar, you are in the right place. Together, we will move at your pace, in whichever language feels closest to your heart.
