On my journey of supporting those struggling with mental health, I have supported those who have struggled with anxiety and depression, BPD and mood disorders, as well as traumatic experiences such as motor vehicle accidents and death of loved ones. We live in a society that praises independence when we innately crave community, and sharing stories is big part of that. We are meant to learn from and inspire one another as we move along life's journey, and your stories are meant to be heard just like everyone else's.

I am a registered psychotherapist providing counselling to families, adults and couples. My specialized expertise is in anxiety, depression, ADHD and ASD, giftedness, acute and chronic medical conditions, special needs and vicarious trauma for professionals and care-givers. I teach mindfulness as a way of finding peace in the present moment. As a former teacher and current member of the Ontario College of Teachers, I understand the deep care and responsibility that educators bring to their work — and how emotionally exhausting that can become.
Teaching today often means managing too much — larger class sizes, fewer supports, emotionally struggling students, and pressure that never ends. Many of the teachers I work with describe feeling drained, anxious, or simply disconnected from the sense of purpose that once brought them into education.
Therapy can offer a space to pause, process, and reconnect with what matters most — your own wellbeing. You can’t pour from empty.

I am a Psychological Associate (Supervised Practice) based in Toronto and the GTA. I operate from a trauma-informed approach and primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a non-pathologizing and evidence-based modality that helps people connect deeply with parts of themselves to promote more internal harmony. I have a particular passion for working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, attachment injury, post-traumatic stress, addiction, and anxiety. I also integrate aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) into my work with individuals when relevant.

Life often brings challenges that feel overwhelming, whether it’s grappling with self-doubt, healing from past wounds, or struggling to feel connected with others. Perhaps you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or the complexities of identity, and it feels as though you’re adrift, searching for a place of calm amidst life’s waves. I believe that while pain is an inevitable part of life, suffering doesn’t have to be. Together, we can work toward finding an anchor—a sense of peace and steadiness—even in the midst of life’s storms.
