I offer counselling/ psychotherapy services that meet you where you are. If you are looking for support to face some of your life's challenges or to live a more satisfying life, I may be able to help. My work is guided by the following key principles: we all possess a natural tendency toward growth and healing; counselling/psychotherapy is a collaborative process, with the client directing the process; we are all so much more than the worst thing we have ever done.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years building careers, relationships, and responsibilities, yet find themselves asking a different question: “What now?” They may feel restless, stuck, disconnected, or aware that something in their life no longer fits. Often this emerges during major transitions such as career change, retirement, loss, shifting relationships, or a growing desire for a more meaningful and authentic life. Together we explore what feels misaligned and what is needed to move forward.
