At the best of times, there are challenges – and COVID-19 has amplified many of those and created new ones. Perhaps you are feeling anxious about what feels safe, fearful about finances, more lockdowns, and variants, or angry about decisions that individuals, institutions, and governments are making. Children, teens and adults in their 20s and 30s feel particularly robbed of opportunities, milestones, and social connections. Mixed in with this is the normal range of issues that occurred pre-COVID: conflicts, frustrations, lack of self-confidence, loss, grief, parenting struggles, separation & divorce, loneliness, and school issues.
