Supporting clients with mental health issues such as anxiety support, depression care and stress management strategies; I also offer career counselling for displaced workers and counselling support services. I believe with information and support people cope more effectively with life’s challenges. Are you having difficulties in family and romantic relationships? Struggling with self esteem and self confidence? It takes courage and hope to seek help. Be yourself; you bring the expertise on yourself and I will bring tools and techniques to share. I am especially interested in working with neurodiverse clients and those with OCD.
I use a solutions and strengths-based approach & integrate Polyvagal theory, somatic work, acceptance & self compassion tools, DBT, EFT, values work and IFS.
