She has led 'Talk Shops' for the Canadian Mental Health Association, for Wellspring, in schools and privately. Talk Shop for Women provides a venue for people to gain self-awareness and personal growth through an authentic communication process. It meets weekly for eight sessions. Members are: *People attempting to deal with life in a complex society *People seeking personal growth *People willing to give of themselves to a group process In group, clients become aware of what they are doing and how they can change old patterns by developing self-acceptance and the ability to experience more in the "now" without so much interference from baggage of the past.
