She has led 'Talk Shops' for the Canadian Mental Health Association, for Wellspring, in schools and privately. She leads "Talk Shop for Women" year round, and provides individual and couples counselling.

Talk Shop for Women provides a venue for people to gain self-awareness and personal growth through an authentic communication process. It meets weekly for eight sessions. Members are: *People attempting to deal with life in a complex society *People seeking personal growth *People willing to give of themselves to a group process In group, clients become aware of what they are doing and how they can change old patterns by developing self-acceptance and the ability to experience more in the "now" without so much interference from baggage of the past.
