You won't get a one-size method from me. We build the work around you, borrowing from whatever actually helps. Some weeks, that means tracing a pattern back to its roots; other weeks, it's repairing a relationship or simply learning to breathe easier in your own skin. No two stories are the same, and no healing paths should be either.
