I work with clients who have experienced developmental trauma to discover how their trauma relates to what is keeping them from feeling satisfaction in their relationships. Engaging in exercises and building self awareness, we explore how early learning of relating to others and how we engage in this way with others contribute to our own pain and suffering.
In a very casual and relaxed atmosphere, I help individuals and couples explore life from a new and different perspective. I provide direct, kind and compassionate support where you will feel accepted and understood. I will help you feel empowered with the tools to take charge of your life and begin to experience more fulfilling and authentic relationships.
