With over 30 years of experience in mental health and counselling across three countries, I bring not only professional skills but a deep sense of humanity to my work. My practice draws from a rich foundation in psychodynamic theory and integrates evidence-based modalities such as Mindfulness, CBT, EFT, and Trauma-Informed Practice.
