I take a personalized approach to your therapy, working collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and concerns. I will use evidence-based techniques like EMDR to reprocess the traumatic memories that are impacting your mental health and relationships and reduce the intensity of associated emotions and sensations.
