Groups
Free Trauma-Informed Yoga Group
Join us for a free monthly trauma-informed yoga class for all members of the community, led by Osha Hagon, RCC. All abilities welcome! Osha is trained in trauma-informed yoga therapy and will work with you through a series of accessible and safe poses. Her classes are centred around connecting with your body in a safe way and tapping into our innate ability to heal through bodywork. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets will be provided. Please bring your own mat or let us know if you will need one provided for you. These groups are limited to 8 participants.

Expressive Arts Group with Osha Hagon
This group, led by Osha Hagon (RCC), aims to help members gain connections, self-express, and nurture their creative side. The group will consist of total of 4 monthly virtual sessions held on Mondays from 7pm-9pm, from March 11 to June 10. Space is limited to 10-12 participants Investment: $50 + GST per session.These will be virtual meetings, through JaneApp secure video. *Art materials are not included, you are responsible for bringing your own supplies. Olivia's Therapy Book Club
This group, facilitated by Olivia Blander, CCC, offers the benefits of individual therapy in a supportive group setting. In this therapy book club, members will explore themes surrounding Sharon Salzberg’s “Real Life: The Journey from Isolation to Openness and Freedom." Topics explored will include identifying core values, befriending ourselves, holding on vs. letting go spaciousness, openness, and acceptance.
